The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker: Switch vs Steam prices
The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker is currently cheaper on the Nintendo Switch eShop than on Steam in 36 of the 36 countries where we can compare both stores: the biggest gap is Norway, where the Switch version costs about $3.86 against $10.62 on Steam, a saving of roughly $6.76.
Why the gap? Nintendo and Steam price the same game independently. Each eShop sets its own price in local currency for its country, while Steam sells through regional currency zones with their own price points. Exchange rates move daily, so two sticker prices that match on paper can differ in real terms. Both stores are also region-locked: you generally buy from the store your account belongs to, which is why a cheaper region usually needs that region's gift card or wallet top-up. All Switch-vs-Steam figures on this page are USD conversions taken when prices were last checked.
