Riviera: The Promised Land: Switch vs Steam prices
Steam is currently cheaper than the Switch eShop in every one of the 44 countries where we can compare both stores for Riviera: The Promised Land: the closest gap is United States, at about $17.49 on Switch against $17.49 on Steam.
Why the gap? Nintendo and Steam price the same game independently. Each eShop sets its own price in local currency for its country, while Steam sells through regional currency zones with their own price points. Exchange rates move daily, so two sticker prices that match on paper can differ in real terms. Both stores are also region-locked: you generally buy from the store your account belongs to, which is why a cheaper region usually needs that region's gift card or wallet top-up. All Switch-vs-Steam figures on this page are USD conversions taken when prices were last checked.
